The Olympic motto is Citius, Altius, Fortius“ (Latin for “Faster, Higher, Stronger“). This principle is one that propels athletes regardless of what their chosen endeavor is to be the best that they can and to keep improving their skills. Red Rover Fitness is excited to introduce a means for your middle or high school athletes in sports like basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, track & field, baseball, lacrosse, etc. to take some time this summer in their off-season to gain knowledge and learn drills about SAQ that will take their game to the next level.

SAQ sessions will focus on the following:

  • Foot Speed
  • Quickness
  • Acceleration
  • Switching Gears
  • Cutting
  • Starting/Stopping
  • Change of Direction
  • Reaction

Agility training also aids in preventing injuries! 


$90 per individual 

Session Limit

Limited to 25 participants.
