Overview
  • This program focuses on strengthening your core through the use of body weight exercise routines coupled with a strong cardio element all through fun and creative workouts.
COACH
Coach Josh is a certified and experienced fitness instructor who has been leading early morning classes for over 10 years!
ABILITIES
All abilities are welcome and will be a challenge no matter what your fitness level.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Monthly participation will include daily eating accountability, daily learning and inspiration, and monthly PT tracking.
WEATHER
Each class will be outside at the park. We will only cancel in case of severe weather or cold temperatures. Otherwise, you get all the benefits of cold weather exercise – burning more calories, better immune system, and increased serotonin levels!
OTHER INFO

You can bring a water bottle for before and after, but we will not take water breaks during class.

Use common sense vs. process discovery for before/after food consumption. If you are unsure on this, I can provide you with some examples.

Please provide your cell phone in the registration as I like to text with last minute information about class.
